The firm’s founder and lead expert is Lizanne Linde. With over 20 years’ experience as a construction professional she specialises in expert delay analysis, forensic analysis, claims and disputes advisory and specialist advice in project controls.

Lizanne has experience across a wealth of industries, including railway, infrastructure, power, aerospace, and government policies helping contractors and clients alike. Her focus is on amicable dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, adjudication ad arbitration.

Lizanne is the founder and managing director of Oryx Consulting a rapidly growing consultancy with an ethos of putting its clients’ needs first, adapting to the ever-changing environment of construction industry and technology and being uniquely placed with its members’ wealth of project delivery and construction experience to advise, guide and support clients through complex matters.
